To celebrate women’s history month, I’m celebrating with TALBOTS and the O magazine and the new collection for Dress for Success. For those of you who do not know, Dress for Success is

“an international non profit that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.”

Now if you know me, you know I’m all about women empowerment while constantly celebrating the magic of being a women. As a result, I was super excited to get my hands on this collection and style a look! Before i show you my boss chic fit, I have to let you guys know that this collection is available from now through March 31st .

Also 30% of the proceeds made from this collection will be donating to Dress for Success!!! How cool is that???
